Our sub contract electro/mechanical design and software facilities are used by various national and international organisations. Our accreditation to EN ISO 9001 and quality engineering systems apply to all sub contract activities.

Machining In order to meet our gas cutting machine requirements, GeGa have invested in production machinery which is also utilised to satisfy the needs of our many and varied customers on a sub contact basis.

Fabrication.

Furthermore GeGa produce large complex fabrications up to 15 tonnes per item which can be machined, shotblasted and painted on our site. Our fabricators are qualified to ASME 9 and EN 288/287 standards and we have on site non destructive testing facilities.

Pipework.

GeGa design and manufacture pipework systems for all services in carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys.

Valves.

Control valves purpose designed for control of services to our gas cutting machines are manufactured on our premises and are available for a variety of other uses.
